For a stylish refresher try Joe Wadsack's frozen red wine creation, ideal for summer entertaining
Method
1. Mix together the Beaujolais wine, sugar and lemon juice. Pour into a shallow, lidded Tupperware container.2. Cover and freeze for 8 hours, stirring every 2 hours to break up the ice.
3. Spoon into 4-6 wine glasses and serve.
