- ice cubes, to serve
- 2 Lemons, finely sliced
- 150ml elderflower cordial
- 500ml Sauvignon blanc White wine
- 1000ml soda water
Method
1. Place the ice, lemon slices and elderflower cordial in a 2 litre jug.2. Pour in the white wine, then the soda water.
3. Pour into wine glasses and serve.
