Ingredients
- 100g Strawberries, chopped into quarters or thick slices
- handful of mint leaves, very finely chopped
- 150ml Muscat dessert wine
Method
1. Put the strawberries in a bowl and add the mint.2. Pour in the Muscat, cover with cling film and refrigerate for one hour.
3. Serve in small bowls and enjoy.
