Antony Worrall Thompson shares his recipe for a sublime open sandwich, piled high with smoked salmon, crispy bacon, cream cheese and more!

- 2 slices of wholemeal bread
- 55g cream cheese
- 2 tsp diced red Onions
- 55g Smoked salmon, sliced
- 2 tbsp mango chutney, puréed (in a blender)
- 4 rashers of streaky Bacon, cooked until crispy
- tsp small capers, drained
- 1 tsp snipped Chives
- freshly ground black pepper
