Prabhat Verma raises spirits with a heady coconut and gin cocktail infused with juicy lychees
 

Whispering palms cocktail

Method

 
1. Combine the lychees with crushed ice cubes at the bottom of a glass.

2. Stir in the slivers of coconut and top-up the glass with coconut water.

3. Float a measure of rum over the cocktail and serve.

30ml gin
100ml fresh coconut water
15ml rum
