Champagne adds a real 'Royale' touch to Pimm's in this deliciously refreshing, classic summer cocktail from Salvatore Calabrese
Ingredients
- 500 ml Pimms, (No 1 Cup)
- 750ml champagne
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1 Orange, sliced
- a few strips of cucumber peel
- a few sprigs of fresh Mint
- 12-15 Strawberries, sliced
Method
1. Pour the Pimm' s into a bowl filled with ice, and then add the fresh ingredients.2. Pour on the champagne, stir and serve immediately.
