Method
2. Stir the mixture well to ensure all of the sugar is dissolved. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before the guests arrive.
3. To serve, remove from the fridge add the orange, pineapple, strawberries and mint. Add ice just before serving.

4 tbsp caster sugar750ml pineapple juice
750ml pink grapefruit juice
50ml lemon juice
350ml golden rum
250ml Passoa liqueur
1 orange, sliced
1 wedge of pineapple
a handful of Strawberries
a few sprigs of fresh mint
