Salvatore Calabrese from Good Food Live
Golden rum, Passoa liqueur and pineapple juice add a tropical touch to this tempting punch from Salvatore Calabrese

Jenni's punch

Method

1. Sprinkle the sugar in the punch bowl. Add each liquid ingredient one by one, starting with the juices and ending with the spirits.
2. Stir the mixture well to ensure all of the sugar is dissolved. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before the guests arrive.
3. To serve, remove from the fridge add the orange, pineapple, strawberries and mint. Add ice just before serving.

Ingredients
4 tbsp caster sugar
750ml pineapple juice
750ml pink grapefruit juice
50ml lemon juice
350ml golden rum
250ml Passoa liqueur
1 orange, sliced
1 wedge of pineapple
a handful of Strawberries
a few sprigs of fresh mint
