White wine, Campari, Aperol and soda make a deliciously refreshing Italian-style cocktail from Salvatore Calabrese
Ingredients
- 750ml dry White wine
- 50ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 100ml Campari
- 100ml Aperol
- 1 litre soda water
- 1 Orange, thinly sliced
- 1 Lemon, thinly sliced
Method
1. Pour all the ingredients, except soda, into a punch bowl or very large bowl and stir.2. Add ice, and then the soda. Add the orange and lemon slices. Serve.
