For a wonderfully refreshing drink try Jo Pratt's quick and easy citrus-flavoured smoothie
Ingredients
Method
1. Place the lemon sorbet, yoghurt, orange juice and maple syrup in a blender.2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into two glasses and serve straight away.
