Method

 
1. Place the lemon sorbet, yoghurt, orange juice and maple syrup in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into two glasses and serve straight away.

150ml natural yogurt
juice of 2 large oranges
1 tbsp maple syrup
