Method

 
1. Place the mango, passion fruit pulp, pineapple, lychees, lime juice and ice cubes in a jug blender.

2. Blend until well-mixed.

3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve at once.

1/2 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1 passion-fruit, pulp scooped out and reserved
1/2 medium pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
8-10 canned or fresh lychees, peeled and stoned
juice of 1/2 lime
3-4 ice cubes
