A trio of irresistible liqueurs combine with cognac and cream to create this heavenly, Easter inspired cocktail from Salvatore Calabrese
Ingredients
- 30 ml dark crème de cacao, (dark chocolate liqueur)
- 15ml Tia Maria, (coffee liqueur)
- 15ml Cognac
- 15ml amaretto (almond liqueur)
- 15ml double cream
- sticks of Chocolate
Method
1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into a cognac glass.2. Garnish with a thin chocolate stick.
