1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into a cognac glass.

2. Garnish with a thin chocolate stick.

30ml dark crème de cacao, (dark chocolate liqueur)
15ml Tia Maria, (coffee liqueur)
15ml Cognac
15ml almond-flavoured liqueur, such as Amaretto
15ml double cream
chocolate sticks, to decorate
