- 6 cooking Apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
Method
1. Place the apples and sugar in a saucepan with a splash of water.2. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the apples are soft.
3. Mash to a purée and serve warm or at room temperature.
