Ingredients
main:
- 160g Puff pastry
- 80g Goats cheese, crumbled
- 80g Mozzarella, crumbled
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 80 g mixed salad leaves, to serve
Method
1. Set the oven to 200°C/gas 6. Thinly roll out the pastry and cut 4 circles, each about 10cm in diameter.2. Divide the goat's cheese and mozzarella equally between the tartlets and arrange evenly on top.
3. Top with tomatoes slices.
4. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg and bake for 10 minutes.
5. Serve with mixed salad leaves.
