Turn up the heat with Simon Rimmer`s mint and chilli version of traditional Moroccan harissa
Ingredients
- 225 g dried chillies, (soaked in water for 1 hour)
- 6 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 15g Coriander seeds, crushed
- 100ml Olive oil
- large bunch Mint
- Salt
