Pistachios add a delicate colour and flavour to Vicky Bhogal's simple recipe for a refreshing Indian yoghurt drink

Ingredients

  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tbsp natural set low fat Yogurt
  • 55g pistachio nuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • ice cubes, to serve

Method

1. .Place the water, yoghurt, pistachios and sugar in a blender. Blend until well-mixed. Serve at once over ice.
