Method

 
1. Put the sugar, orange juice, honey, ginger, mustard and cloves into a bowl and mix together until the sugar has dissolved and the ingredients are well incorporated.

2. Brush the honey mixture over grilled or roasted lamb, pork or chicken a few minutes before serving.

40g dark brown sugar
100ml orange juice
15ml clear honey
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Cloves
