Ingredients
- 35 ml citrus flavoured vodka
- 10ml elderflower cordial
- 25ml cider or apple juice
- splash of cranberry juice
- 75ml champagne, chilled
- pink rose petals, to decorate
Method
1. Place the first 4 ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.2. Half fill the glasses with champagne and strain the vodka mix over. Decorate with rose petals and serve immediately.
