Salvatore Calabrese's Bourbon whiskey based cocktail works its delicious minty magic as a pick-me-up

Ingredients
- 30ml Bourbon whiskey
- 20ml Branca Menthe
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 fresh mint leaf, to garnish
Method
1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.2. Shake. Strain into an 'old fashioned' glass, filled with ice.
3. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
