For great pick-me-up power, Salvatore Calabrese shakes up a cocktail with a savoury flavour and a kick of vodka
Ingredients
- 30 ml vodka
- 60ml beef bouillon
- 60ml tomato juice
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- pinch of celery salt
Method
1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.2. Shake.
3. Strain into a 'highball' glass filled with ice.
