Jo Pratt's lip-smacking caramelised lemons are sensational squeezed over fish, chicken, couscous or pasta and make salad dressings truly special
Method1. Remove any pips from the lemons and cut in half. Griddle over a high heat, cut side down, until the bases are deep golden and sticky.
