Ingredients
- 200g Smoked salmon, finely sliced
- juice of ½ Lemons
- 200g Crème fraîche
- 1 Cucumber, sliced into thin ribbons
- a handful of Chives
- Melba toast, to serve
Method
1. Mix the smoked salmon, lemon juice, crème fraîche and cucumber in a bowl.2. Garnish with chives and serve with Melba toast.
