Peach aur pudine ka raita (peach and mint raita)

Add a delicious touch to an Indian meal with Monisha Bharadwaj's flavourful peach raita
Ingredients
- 100 g tinned Peaches, sliced drained, juice reserved
- 150ml natural Yogurt
- Salt
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- ½ tsp roasted and ground Cumin seeds
Method
1. In a bowl, combine the peach slices, yoghurt, salt and mint leaves.2. Stir in 3 tablespoons of the reserved peach juice and serve with a sprinkling of roasted cumin powder.
