Add a delicious touch to an Indian meal with Monisha Bharadwaj's flavourful peach raita

Ingredients

  • 100 g tinned Peaches, sliced drained, juice reserved
  • 150ml natural Yogurt
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp roasted and ground Cumin seeds

Method

1. In a bowl, combine the peach slices, yoghurt, salt and mint leaves.

2. Stir in 3 tablespoons of the reserved peach juice and serve with a sprinkling of roasted cumin powder.
