Good old vanilla ice cream takes on a luxurious flavour to become a treat in Andrew Nutter's simple festive recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp advocaat
- handful of white chocolate Maltesers, roughly chopped
- 1 litre vanilla ice cream, very slightly softened
Method
1. Mix the advocaat and Malteasers into the vanilla ice cream.2. Return to the freezer until serving.
