Gravad lax with potato rosti

For a stylish starter try Mike Robinson's simple recipe combining gravid lax, potato rosti and lime-flavoured crème fraîche
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Crème fraîche
- 4 potato rösti
- grated zest and juice of 1 limes
- 8 slices of gravadlax
- Salt, and freshly ground pepper
Method
1. Mix together the crème fraiche and lime zest and juice.2. Top each potato rosti with 2 slices of gravid lax.
3. Top each portion with 2 tablespoons of the crème fraîche mixture. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve at once.
