For an appetising snack try Paul Hollywood's Italian-inspired recipe for a flavourful, olive-based nibble
Ingredients
- 150 g pitted black olives
- 40ml extra virgin Olive oil
- 1 ciabatta bread, sliced lengthways
Method
1. Place the olives and the olive oil in a food processor and blend for 10 seconds into a rough paste, forming tapenade.2. Spread the tapenade mixture over the ciabatta halves, cook under a hot grill until the bread becomes crispy and serve at once.
