Kick-start the day with Tonia Buxton's vitamin-packed fruity breakfast drink
Ingredients
- 1 peach, halved and pitted
- 6 strawberries
- ½ bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 cm ginger, finely chopped
- 150 ml evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4-6 ice cubes
- ground cinnamon, to decorate

Method
1. Place the fruits and ginger in a blender with the milk and vanilla extract.2. Blitz together, adding one ice cube at a time.
