Salad of roast beef, figs, rocket and parmesan

It's summertime and the cooking is easy... when you get the shopkeeper to do it for you, as in this super-fast gourmet salad
Ingredients
Method
1. Bring the roast beef to room temperature and arrange 3 slices on each serving plate. Slice the figs and lay them over the beef. Scatter with the rocket leaves and the parmesan shavings.2. Drizzle each salad with 1 tsp olive oil and season generously with black pepper before serving.
