Fresh crab comes dressed to thrill in this simple but special supper from Mike Robinson

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion, finely sliced
  • 100g Butter, melted
  • 1 freshly cooked Crab, large enough to yield 400g crabmeat
  • 1 lime, finely sliced

Method

1. Mix the onion and the butter together in a large bowl.

2. Put the buttery onion mixture in the bottom of the crab shell and lay the crab meat on top of it. Garnish with a slice of lime and serve immediately.
