Rib-eye steak with whisky
Method
2. Place the steak on a hot barbecue and cook for around 4 minutes each side for medium rare or 5-6 minutes each side should you want it well done.
3. Towards the end of the cooking time, pour the whisky over the steak.
4. Serve the steak hot from the barbecue with a crispy salad.
