This oh-so-easy recipe for trout with lime and celery from Mike Robinson is guaranteed to tickle the taste buds
Ingredients
Method
1. Season the fish with salt and pepper.2. Heat 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook the fillets, skin side up, with the herbs, celery and limejuice for 3-5 minutes.
3. Add a little more oil to the pan, carefully turn the fish over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
