Antipasti platter

Method

 
1. Arrange the bresaola and salami slices on a serving platter.

2. Sprinkle over the piquillo peppers and the caper berries, then layer over the rocket.

3. Dress the dish with lemon juice and olive oil. Layer over the Parmesan shavings and serve.

200g finely sliced bresaola
200g finely sliced good quality salami
55g piquillo pimientos
55g caper berries
large handful of Rocket
lemon juice, to taste
extra virgin olive oil, to taste
handful of parmesan shavings
