Ingredients
- vegetable oil, for deep-frying
- 500g fresh Broad beans
- Salt
Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or deep saucepan.2. Add the broad beans to the hot oil and fry until lightly coloured.
3. Remove the fried beans using a slotted spoon. Drain on kitchen paper. Season with salt.
4. Serve.
