Ingredients

Main:

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil, preferably estate-bottled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100-150g Porcini, very thinly sliced
  • freshly ground salt and black pepper

Method

1. Whisk the olive oil and lemon juice until smooth.

2. Put the porcini slices in a shallow bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss carefully.

3. Arrange on serving plates. Sprinkle with sea salt and a scrunch of black pepper.
