View all comments (9)you can make ice cream by putting the mix in the freezer and taking it out for a stir every 15 minutes or so. It will be grainier in texture but the flavour is still magic! Also try with Greek yoghurt, amazing.
I havn't tried this one yet, but other soft fruit ice creams can be made without an ice-cream machine: during the freezing process, the mixture needs to be stirred with a fork every couple of hours until completely frozen. I think the machine keeps it agitated to prevent ice crystals from forming.
This is the tastiest ice cream ever! tastes just like strawberries and cream with meringue and so easy to make. Tip: add the sugar gradually and taste.
Very easy recipe! I would rather if it came with instructions if you don't have an icecream maker though.
