Gino D'Acampo from Good Food Live
Use Gino D'Acampo's quick and easy sauce for a terrific flavour-packed pasta supper

 

Crudaiola (raw tomato and mozzarella sauce)

Method

 
1. Put the tomatoes and mozzarella in a large serving bowl.

2. Stir in the olive oil, basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Leave to marinate for about 5 minutes.

3. Tip the hot pasta in the sauce, mix well and serve immediately.

2 plum tomatoes
100g mozzarella cheese, cubed
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
handful of fresh basil leaves, shredded
125g cooked spaghetti
salt and fresh ground black pepper
