Method

1. Heat the mince to warm through again. While it is heating, wrap the tortillas in foil and warm in the oven according to the manufacturer's instructions (some may need to be dry fried, depending on which brand you are using). Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone with a knife and then use a spoon to scoop out the flesh. Slice and place in a bowl on the table.

2. Place bowls of soured cream and grated cheese on the table. Spoon the mince into a heatproof serving dish and serve immediately with the hot tortillas.
