Pears with Honey, Walnuts and Pecorino Cheese

Method

1. Quarter the pears, remove the cores and peel. Using a very sharp knife, slice the quarters lengthways into thin 5mm slices.

2. Slice the pecorino in the same way as the pears.

3. Arrange the pear and pecorino slices on a serving plate.

4. Spoon the honey over the top and sprinkle with the walnuts.

4 Pears
150g Pecorino cheese
3 tbsp clear honey, such as acacia or orange blossom
80g Walnuts, shelled
