Celebrate winter with Matt Keenlyside's light and fizzy cocktail

Ingredients
- 15 ml Polish honey-flavoured vodka, (Krupnik)
- a squeeze of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- a dash of stem ginger syrup
- a dash of orange bitters
- ice cubes, to mix
- champagne, for topping up
Method
1. Place the Krupnik, lemon juice, ginger syrup and orange bitters with the ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake up well.2. Strain the cocktail into a champagne flute. Top up with champagne and serve.
