Celebrate winter with Matt Keenlyside's light and fizzy cocktail

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Polish honey-flavoured vodka, (Krupnik)
  • a squeeze of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • a dash of stem ginger syrup
  • a dash of orange bitters
  • ice cubes, to mix
  • champagne, for topping up

Method

1. Place the Krupnik, lemon juice, ginger syrup and orange bitters with the ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake up well.

2. Strain the cocktail into a champagne flute. Top up with champagne and serve.
