Method

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/Gas 5.

2. Place the port and 2 tablespoons of honey in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and cook briskly until reduced by half.

3. Place the green figs in an ovenproof dish. Smear the remaining honey and 2 tablespoons of butter over the green figs and bake for 6 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, heat the remaining butter in a heavy-based frying pan. Fry the black figs for 1 minute.

5. Add the port and honey syrup to the pan with the blackcurrants and bring back to the boil. Add the blackberries and set aside.

6. Serve the roast green figs surrounded by the black figs. Spoon over the blackberries, blackcurrants and port syrup. Top with dulce de leche and serve.
