Garlic butter

Made in minutes, Patrick Williams' garlic butter is perfect for slathering over grilled meat, poultry or fish
Ingredients
Main:
- 225g unsalted Butter, softened
- 6 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp finely chopped Spring onions
- juice of 1 Lemons
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients with a fork.2. Form into a sausage shape, wrap in cling film and chill. The butter can also be stored in the freezer and sliced when needed.
