Receiving a box from Riverford is like having christmas every week. Especially when you've forgotton it's coming and there it is waiting on the doorstep. I have found the all the delivery men most helpful and pleasant, and the quality of what they bring is very high. I eat nearly all veg raw, so the taste is really important, and I loooove this veg. I put everything in plastic bags, adding a little water to the greens and lettuces and seal them to be refrigerated. That way stuff is still fresh a week later. I find the boxes to be good value and the bag of juicing carrots to be excellent value. I often read the accompanying letter and admire the authentic approach of Guy Watson. I would love to visit the farm one day. Well done, please please keep it coming.
