    Katie truly is a master at her craft. I have run wedding fayres across the Midlands and met many cake makers but by far and away the best in the business is Couture Cakes. Every cake is beautifully finished and the tastes and texture of the cakes are absolutely heavenly. I have had brides at our fayres comment on how professional Katie is and how fantastic her cakes are and I couldn't agree more
