    Zouk has the most tremendous staff in the world. friendliness is second to none, time is given to all the customers and we are not treated as customers but as friends. I am truly inspired by ZOUK. Others try to mimic Zouk but have failed miserabley. Food is absoloutley Splendid!!!! all dishes that i have eaten make my mouth water. My favourite dish has got to be the lamb nihari which is the shank of the lamb cooked for six details on the bone, but when it is served the bone falls off itself because of the tenderness of the lamb. the sauce is a marrow sauce and surprisingly, magnificently tasty!!! the deserts are to die for which are prepared by the French pastry chef fresh daily! a truly inspiring establishment. we only use zouk since we have been introduced to it!!
