    David who owns and runs Derimon Smokery is a true local food hero because he is constantly adapting and changing the delicious offering of the smokery to suit his demanding and adventurous customers...smoked tomatoes, smoked mozzarella and smoked salt have all been requested by other foodies and without hesitation David comes to the fore with a fabulous example of an ingredient only dreamed up days before. But its not all smoked...imagine a shop owner who rings you up to see if you fancy a fresh spider crab just in case! He will even cook it for you too. The shop sells smoked and fresh Anglesey produce and is a delight - always something new to try and they are never shy with the samples. Also on fishmonger-less Anglesey (sad but true) if you need fresh fish, David will order that for you too! All in all a great place staffed by real great people!
