    I started making burgers like this about 20 years ago! Unless you are eating proper, 4-week hung, Aberdeen Angus steak, they will be tasteless. If you are, like everyone else, eating 'ordinary' 2-week beef from the butcher, add some chopped chilli, an Oxo cube or 2, a French Onion cup of soup mix (no water), or something else you like.

    Wonderful variety of bright-eyed, sea-scented fish, shellfish and crustaceans! This friendly, unhurried mine of information is also a good place to find high-quality frozen fish, etc. Always ready with recipes, advice and with the skills to de-scale, fillet, or decapitate your choice without fuss or charge! Without a doubt my absolute favourite place to shop - if they would only sell shoes and handbags as well I would never spend money anywhere else.
