    We have been in staple hill for over 100 years, the last 50 in soundwell road. In 2004 John and June my mother and father retired and I, Russ took over the day to day managment of the shop with my wife Beth. I have been here producing, curing and cooking for the last 26 years now. We want to continue the family commitment of top quality home produced food for all to enjoy and have 9 awards of excellence for our cooked ham and meats. Within a short period of time they have achieved the very best accolades that this industry can ever hope to achieve. They truely deserve it all, and we wish them continued success.
