    Suzan recently catered my 40th birthday party. I am strictly vegetarian and was presented with what can only be described as a banquet. Roasted beetroot salad with yoghurt, courgette fritters, sweet potato salad with coriander, chick peas with spinach, the list was endless. A magnificent meal was had by all. Suzan even scattered rose petals between the dishes and candle lit the entire room for what can only be described as a breathtaking effect. I cannot recommend this lady enough - she has a REAL PASSION for food, a love of people and a real desire to make people's special occassions SPECIAL. Old fashioned service in today's 21st century - a miracle to behold!!!
