  My wife and I are strict vegans and try, wherever possible to follow a macro-biotic diet. This, for most cooks is a PROBLEM, but, not for Suzan Croxford! She has prepared stunning, inventive dishes the like of which we have just simply never tasted. Her attention to detail, using local, organic produce, wheat free, dairy free and bursting with flavoursome goodness and wholeness, enables her to create masterpieces of culinary delight. We don't need to go our anymore; we just call Suzan when entertaining and know that we are getting the BEST food available. Best of luck Suzan, you deserve to win.
