    Nick's enthusiasm about and knowledge of food are boundless. Even after all his years cooking he still gets excited with a new ingredient, method or gadget, this last he will probably have made himself. I have had two cooking courses with and I learn so much more than how to cook. On Mount Olympus he would be the God of Food.
