    Suzan Allan and her team have catered for me many times over the past five years. Her menus are always outstanding and put together with, what we now call, that 'Croxford's Panache'! Her canapes are to die for; sizzled scallops on a china spoon, smoked salmon profiteroles, baby Yorkshire puddings stuffed with beef (heaven), salmon in sticky pomegranate and honey (to die for) - the list is endless. If you have never tried her food, its a crime. She deserves to win for the fact that she has re-invented good old-fashioned cooking, with a modern twist, on a grand scale. Her timing is immaculate as is her quick repartee! This womanl was just made for TV, so get her on QUICK!!!
